Dhaka: Bangladesh ranked 12th in the list of the most corrupt countries in the world.
This data has emerged in the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) 2022.
Last year, Bangladesh was 13th on the list of corrupt countries.
Dr Iftekharuzzaman, Executive Director of Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB), presented this report at 11 am on Tuesday in the TIB Dhanmondi office in the capital.
TIB Chairman Sultana Kamal, Advisor (Executive Management) Sumaiya Khair, Director (Outreach Communication) Sheikh Manjur-e Alam and others were present on occasion.
